Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, and tracking numbers are emailed to customers upon shipment. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 and provide expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully and another email once your order has shipped.

6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. In some cases, packages are left in areas outside of your main entry.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
